Abstract CZ: Je vyšetřován vliv povrchové vrstvy brzdového disku na vznik a vývoj teplotních skvrn. Je užito modelu termoelastické nestability vyvolané třením. Je ukázáno, že povrchová vrstva může způsobit nežádoucí obtíže.
Abstract EN: The effect of a brake disk surface layer on the appearance and the transient behaviour of hot spots is investigated. The model of frictionally excited thermoelastic instability is used. It is outlined that the surface layer may cause undesirable difficulties.
