Zaslané příspěvky budou recenzovány a publikovány ve sborníku Acta historico-iuridica Pilsnensia.
Publication
Papers will be published in the Acta historico-iuridica Pilsnensia if they meet all the requirements for publication in it. Submitted papers are discussed and accepted for publication by the editorial committee in the order of their presentation. Please note that in no way does free publication incur an obligation on the part of the publisher to publish a paper.

2. Abstrakt - rozsah max. 1800 znaků
3. Abstrakt - bude předběžně odborně recenzován předními odborníky (Prof. Adamová, Prof. Eliáš, Dr. Sobek)
4. Autor je odpovědný za originální vyhotovení a kvalitu příspěvku
5. Příspěvek bude publikován v Čj, příp. v Aj. ve sborníku.
6. Příspěvek by neměl přesáhnout 10 normostran.

Instructions for abstracts
1. An abstract must specify the objective of the paper, key words and conclusions.
2. The abstracts should have approximately 500-1000 typing characters.
3. Abstracts will be reviewed.
Instructions for papers
1. The author is responsible for the originality and quality of the paper.
2. The papers are published in English or Czech language.
3. Two experts will review the paper on peer-review basis.
4. The paper shall be factual; its extent shall not exceed the content; the manuscript, as a rule, shall not be longer than 10 pages.
5. Layout of the papers:
- Title (brief, exact, factual; it must express the main topic as accurately as possible; it may not contain abbreviations or acronyms with the exception of the most common ones).
- Name of the author (authors) without the academic degrees (J. Novák).
- Preface and/or Acknowledgements (acknowledgement is necessary if the paper was funded by a grant agency or other foreign sources).
- Abstract (not more than 25 lines of text) + Key words (not more than 7 words or collocations).
- The abstract shall not contain anything that is not given in the text of the publication. Apart from the Summary it is the most important part of the publication.
- Introduction (wider connections, giving reasons for the investigations and publication of the paper, objectives of the paper).
- Results.
- Discussion (confrontation of the achieved results with papers published earlier, opinion of the author on the discovered differences, his opinion on the result). The results and discussion may be joined together.
- Summary + key words (brief summary of the results, with no disputes, facts; the closest attention shall be paid to the summary because only the summary is the impulse for studying the entire paper.
- References (not numbered, only containing the literary sources quoted in the text of the publication, pursuant to CSN ISO 690, with the exception of the year of publication which is placed after the author’s name).
- Contact address (mail address; e-mail address).
6. Concerning the content and formal side the paper should respect the principles usual for scientific papers in the respective scientific branch. The author is left to decide the arrangement of the paper and concrete titles of the respective parts of the paper.
7. In terms of the formal aspect the manuscript shall observe the Instructions for authors and shall be submitted in electronic form; after the author receives the referee’s comments he shall incorporate the comments of the reviewers and shall submit the corrected manuscript to in electronic form.
8. Formal elements of the manuscript. The manuscript shall be written on one side of an A4 sheet of paper, double line spacing in the whole text, including the captions and comments, with 3 cm margins on all sides, in 12-point font Times New Roman.
