Abstrakt EN: The purpose of the presented study will be to determine current mechanisms of mechanical failure of total knee arthroplasties. One of this mechanism can depend on the unwell situated mechanical axis. In the contribution the analyses of a weight-bearing knee joint after application the total knee replacements under 5,7 and 9 degree will be studied. The used model will be based on a contact problem in non-linear elastic rheology.The distributions od stresses in the femoral, tibial and endoprothesis will be discussed.
