Abstrakt CZ: Mechanické vlastnosti DLC a NDC vrstev připravených několika metodami byly hodnoceny nanoindentační metodou a metodou CSM. Byly určeny a porovnány hodnoty tvrdosti, elastického modulu, lomová houževnatost, adheze atd.
Abstrakt EN: The depth sensing indentation test and continuous stiffness measurement will be introduced as a very powerfull tools for study of mechanical properties of diamond-like carbon and nanostructured carbon coatings. Several types of diamond-like coatings prepared with different technologies at different laboratories will be investigated and their properties such as hardness, elastic modulus, fracture toughness, adhesion to the substrate etc. will be compared. The results will be completed by AFM, SEM and optical studies on the given samples.
