Abstrakt CZ: Hliníková slitina používaná v automobilovém průmyslu byla použita pro zkoušky rtg-difrakce po únavovém zatěžování. Výsledky měření byly korelovány s amplitudou napětí a počtem cyklů do lomu.
Abstrakt EN: The assessment of the remaining lifetime by X-ray diffraction technique is based on the fact that mechanical properties of the most materials depend strongly on crystallite size and orientation of ingredients, which are the crucial parameters for the determination of the ageing state and the prediction of residual lifetime of the components.X-ray diffraction method detects the real structure, because it characterises the crystallographic structure of the particles. Therefore, the X-ray diffraction can become a powerful tool during the remaining lifetime assessment of in-service degraded components and structrures, base metals and weldments. X-ray diffraction method and the X-ray diffraction patterns and the azimuthal profiles were evaluated. The X-ray diffraction patterns were correlated with the nominal stress amplitude and the number of cycles to fracture.
