Abstrakt EN: Induction heating of axisymmetric rotating workpieces in uniform magnetic field produced by a system of permanent magnets is presented and modeled. The mathematical model of the process that is given by two partial differential equations describing the electromagnetic and temperature fields in the body is solved numerically by our own software Hermes2D and Agros2D based on the finite element method of higher order of accuracy. The methodology is illustrated by a typical example whose results are discussed.
