Abstrakt EN: The movement of a charged particle in electrostatic field is affected by the Coulomb force exerted on it by this field, gravity and drag aerodynamic forces. These forces predetermine its trajectory and place of its impact point. This principle is used, for example, for separation of plastics. A mixture of small particles of plastics may be separated on the basis of the triboelectric effect.
