Abstrakt EN: The significant clinical importance of CD34+ enumeration requires low intra- and interlaboratory variability to provide accurate engraftment potential assessment and to allow the comparison of the transplant results among centers. The aim of the study was to reveal the comparability of the graft evaluation performed and reported in different transplant centers (Spearman analysis and Wilcoxon test was used for statistical significance).
