Abstrakt EN: Decreasing or entirely eliminating all kinds of waste within production systems is one of the main goals of today´s industrial companies, especially automotive, is. Waste can be found anywhere in the company premises. Most precious and wasted resource is time its consumption can be just reduced - spared. It is also no secret that half of major loss defined by lean manufacturing is directly connected to time.
