Abstrakt EN: Millennials overwhelmingly believe that business needs a reset in terms of paying as much attention to people and purpose as it does to products and profit (Deloitte, 2015). Companies, especially in developed countries, will have to take action and make significant changes if they want to attract, acquire and retain employees of generation Y (Millennials). The research study seeks an answer to the question if the situation is in the Czech Republic the same as in other countries in the world. Based on the research conducted by Universum and Studenta Media among the students of Czech universities, first ten most attractive organizations for students of economics were selected for the analysis. In the research study, presentation of mission and core values of the selected companies were evaluated. In-depth analysis of company‘s career web pages including communication on Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn follows. A focus was also given to investigating of company’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) communication. Outcomes of the study are useful for an effective implementation of company’s communication with Millennials on the Internet and for an increase of the attractiveness of companies for talented young people who are looking for their future employer.
