Requests for information
At UWB, the provision of information is governed by Act 106/1999 Coll., on Free Access to Information.
Submission of requests
Requests for information may be submitted either in writing to the following address: Univerzitní 2732/8, 301 00, Plzeň, electronically by email to podatelna@zcu.cz, or through the data box – data box ID: zqfj9hj.
Complaints
A complaint regarding the processing of a request for information may be filed at UWB. The process is governed by Act No. 106/1999 Coll. on Free Access to Information.
Forms
No forms are used for processing requests at UWB.
Fees for providing information
In accordance with Article 17 of Act 106/1999 Coll., on Free Access to Information, UWB requires payment for the provision of information according to the current price list.
